Resilient
So Far
Think
for a moment of all the ‘stuff’ you’ve endured thus far in your years of
living.
Heartache
Financial
woes
Marital
issues
Child-raising
concerns
Job
strife
Conflict
with others
Weight
control
Medical
concerns
Loss
and death of those close
Disappointment
in leadership on whatever level
Career
challenges
And
yet, you are alive, breathing. You are
surviving.
You
have a resiliency that perhaps you had thought you lost, or never had.
And
you’re here.
No
matter where your story has taken you, you have survived thus far.
Doesn’t
that encourage you? Doesn’t that do
something for your inner sense of peace of mind. Do you find the ability to admit to self, “I
am a survivor”?
I
hope so.
All
this ‘stuff’ in our past has happened and we’ve gotten through all of it, or we’re
still struggling with some of it, yet we are alive.
Can
you say, “So far, I am resilient”?
Yes. Help yourself.
You
are … RESILIENT!
This is
my
morning
reflection.
